ATLAS WILL:

Locate a client willing to take over your payments.
Verify their and financial background.
Set your payment one (1) month ahead of schedule.
Monitor monthly that insurance is kept up on the vehicle (paid by our client).
Monitor monthly mileage used is in line with your allotment if you are in a lease.
Monitor quarterly that the vehicle is maintained properly.
Have the client sign an agreement drafted by our attorney that fully protects you from any liability with the vehicle and assures you that the above will be carried out.
If in an auto lease, ATLAS will take care of making sure your vehicle gets turned back in to the dealership on time.

YOU WILL:

Keep any incentive you may be offering.
Receive a certified check from our client made out to your finance company each month for the amount of the monthly payment thirty (30) days before the payment is due.
Notify ATLAS if the payment is ever five (5) days past due (25 days before actual due date) so that our staff can contact the client to rectify the payment with them or make the payment directly.
Get out from under the pressure of an inconvenient payment.

If in a lease, you agree to transfer your lease end buyout option to our client that assumed your payments.
